The Wright House Wedding-Tabby and Jon
Tabby and Jon got married at The Wright House, a beautiful venue tucked away in Mesa, AZ. I always love photographing somewhere different, it's always inspiring and gets my creativity going. Tabby had spent months planning the perfect wedding, and she executed it flawlessly. Everything looked just perfect! Special thanks to my assistant, Cindy Price, who was so wonderful to work with and delivered some outstanding images! Here are only just a few of my favorites. You can see more on my Facebook Account and their slideshow here.
Jon is a professional cyclist and rides for Kenda Tires Pro Cycling Team. I loved the cake with the bicycles adorned on the top.
Tabby was a stunning bride!
Cindy took this photo of the guys. Love it!
This was taken during the wedding when they were doing the sand ceremony.
Tabby did such a wonderful job on the tabletop decorations. I loved the old bottles and all the colorful flowers. Dreamy!
Jon and his best man, Steve Slabodnick. Steve gave a speech that have everyone laughing!
This couple was so sweet to each other and I loved how happy they were. I was lucky to be there for them!
I love this one of them up against the limo.
The best time for a dramatic shot is just after sunset. With some creative settings in the camera and some off camera flash, even a light sky can be dark and dramatic.

Family Sessions-The Lyndon Family
I've known Stacey for almost five years now, from my days when I worked at the Summit Center. As an example of how small Flagstaff is connected, her husband, Mike, is an archaeologist with my great friend, Neil. I got to spend time with the whole Lyndon Clan on Christmas Eve durng this photo session, and it was definitely a great time! Since I only have four-legged "children", it was a lot of fun spending time with Morgan and Riley as they were waiting on Santa! Here's only a few of my favorites. You can see more on my Facebook Account and see their slideshow here. Thanks for the opportunity guys!
Meet big sister Morgan! What a beauty she is! These little girls had gorgeous brown eyes!
This is Riley, she is such a sweetie and a beautiful little girl!
OK, I'll admit it. This photo made me cry when I opened it. It reminded me how much I miss my grandfather and how I wished I had a photo like this of he and I. I'm glad I got this for Morgan for her to enjoy 30 years from now.

Family Session-The Sims Family
Elisabeth Sims won a family session at a Stroller Strides benefit where it was being auctioned off. Stroller Strides is a great organization here to keep new moms healthy and active with their little ones. Check out their website for more information! Elisabeth is a photographer too, and also a life coach at Compass Coaching. I admire her ability to be such a great mom while balancing her professional life! Here are only a few of my favorite images. You can see more on my Facebook Account and their slideshow here. It was great meeting all of you!
Rachael was an absolute doll!
And she had such an infectious grin! How could you not smile when you see this?
Love this shot of Elisabeth with the girls, so sweet!
Michaela was a girl after my own heart! She preferred a real camera to any toy! Now...HOW can I work this into an ad? :)
I loved Michaela's eyes...so pretty!

Sedona Wedding-Poco Diablo Resort-Lisa & Mike
Lisa and Mike were married a beautiful day at the Poco Diablo Resort in Sedona. What a beautiful venue! It had a beautiful small lake, a gorgeous willow tree and one of the prettiest outdoor patios I've ever seen. Lisa and Mike were such a joy to work with! You can see more of their photos on my Facebook Account and see their slideshow here. A new job is taking them back East, and I'm so blessed to have gotten to know them on their wedding day. Congrats to you both and the best of luck to you in your new home!
I loved Lisa's rings!
Lisa was stunning even while she was getting ready!
I love this natural laugh! She was having a great time on her wedding day which is so important!
Mike and the guys!
Beautiful flowers by Bliss Floral! I LOVED the colors!
The ceremony site was gorgeous, loved the willow tree!
A sweet moment between the newly married!
Relaxing just a little before the grand entrace at the reception.
This is the view from the reception hall....unbelievable!
Mike and Lisa's first dance, the DJ, CE Entertainment, mixed in their vows. Everyone was in tears, including me! It was pretty powerful! I included this song in their slideshow, GUARANTEED to make you cry!

Engagement Session-Kat and Zach
Kat called me a while back and requested an engagement session during the snow. As everyone in Flagstaff knows, it can be difficult to predict the weather, even if the news promises snow. But, OH! was it ever perfect for this engagement session! Kat and Zach were so much fun to work with, and never complained once about the cold weather. The images turned out just magical! You can see more of the images on my Facebook Account and their slideshow here. Thanks for this amazing opportunity guys! Congrats to Kat and Zach!
I adore this custom ring, designed by Will McNabb Studios in Flagstaff.
Kat has some amazing blue eyes!
I just love natural smiles and giggles like this! As the session progressed, Kat's hair turned into beautiful curls. Oh, what I wouldn't give for gorgeous hair like hers!
