Leslie and Cy-Downtown Flagstaff Wedding

You might remember this couple when I did their engagement session about this time last year and I've been excited about this wedding ever since! Leslie and Cy got married at the Riordan Mansion, and then had their reception at the Weatherford Hotel. Special thanks to the Flagstaff Police Department for helping me get the shot I really wanted, and not the one I was going to have to settle for. You guys are awesome! Here are a few of my favorites. You can see more on my Facebook Account. Congrats Leslie and Cy!

I LOVED! Leslie's dress.

Pretty flowers, I love the different combination of flowers!

Grand Canyon Senior-Keslee Foster

Keslee is a senior at Grand Canyon High School. Most people I've mentioned this session to didn't even know there was a High School in the Canyon. Keslee is graduating with 12 others, so it's pretty small. The more we talked, the more I loved this young lady. She was sweet, sincere and so wonderful to work with and possibly has the prettiest blue eyes I've ever seen. To top it off, she's considering my alma mater for her undergraduate studies, the University of Georgia! The best of luck to you Keslee!

Wedding-Charlie Clark's Apple Orchard- Amee and Thomas

I've known Amee for a while, she's my hair stylist in Flagstaff, and also a phenomenal make-up artist. She's one of those people who's positive and caring energy just seep into you when you're around her. I didn't know Thomas very well until the wedding, but he's just as sweet. When you combine the two forces of goodness, well...it's pretty amazing. This is a wedding where I found myself not only tearing up during the ceremony, but also when I was processing photos. That says a lot about this couple! It's a great thing when two people find each other when they are this special. Congrats!

Amee was carried to the ceremony in a carriage drawn by two beautiful horses. Pretty!

Amee's dress was a custom design by Jenn Jones of Red Thread Designs. Beautiful!

What a beautiful bride!

Thomas's vows were a combination of him crying and laughing! He had everyone at the wedding doing the same!

I loved doing this photograph! Thomas looks like he's practicing for the next Jackie Chan movie:)

Courtney Vallery at All Occasions Floral did a beautiful job with all the flowers. The bouquet was wrapped with a piece of Amee's mom's own wedding gown. What a nice touch!

I've been trying to fine tune my off camera flash this year. Love the look of the flash in this one.

We were all crying when Thomas's grandmother gave a speech!

Finally, the happy couple...CONGRATULATIONS!

The Szura Family

Meet the Szura Family; Mom and Dad, Marcy and Kevin, brothers Ryan and Kobe and little sis, Kevy. This family session was a lot of fun...much to do with how ridiculously cute little Kevy was in front of a camera! Here are a few of my favorites, but you can see more on my Facebook Account. You can also check out their slideshow here!

Does it really get any sweeter than this?

Engagement Session-Angie and Jim

Angie and Jim are getting married in Napa next month, but wanted to do an engagement session before. I'm so looking forward to seeing their wedding photos; they are the sweetest couple and are going to look FABULOUS on their wedding day. For those of you going to the wedding, I didn't include the one they chose for their sign-in photo, it's a surprise! Here are a few of my other favorites, but you can see more on my Facebook Account and you can see their slideshow here. Congrats Angie and Jim!

There was a great field of sunflowers near their house that we just couldn't resist!

Angie is going to be a knockout on her wedding day!

Wedding-Omaha, Nebraska-Elissa & Luke

Elissa and Luke were married in a beautiful church in Omaha, Nebraska this summer and I was lucky enough to fly out there to document their day. The weather was perfect (although some thought it was too humid-I don't think there is such a thing!) and Elissa and Luke were not afraid of the heat to get some great shots on the golf course and church property. I always leave a wedding feeling like I've made new friends, and this wedding was no exception. Here are a few of my favorites, but you can see more of images on my Facebook Account and you can enjoy their slideshow here. Congrats Elissa and Luke!

Elissa was a stunning bride!

I loved the colorful flowers!

Elissa and Luke's niece was the flower girl; what a beauty!

Engagement Session-Lauren and Justin

Lauren and Justin are getting married next year and really wanted some sunflower photos for their engagement session so we really tried to schedule their session in late August. Of course, as luck would have it, the sunflowers this year were not as vibrant as the previous year. But, we did find one last field of flowers right below the San Francisco Peaks. I think it turned out perfect! We also got some great images out in Flagstaff Ranch where they live. I love the clouds! Below is the slide show I created for them with their favorite song. Congrats guys!
