The Children's Chorale and Academy Orchestra of Flagstaff

I attended The Seasonal Sounds of Children this Friday night and boy! what a wonderful performance! The evening opened up with The Academy Orchestra performing four captivating pieces which left me, and the audience, amazed! Then, the Children's Choral delighted the audience with beautiful performances. Since my brother was/is a professional musician, I grew up going to performances like this. I didn't know just how much I had missed it until I closed my eyes are started listening. It was truly uplifting and just what I needed to kick off my holiday! One of my previous brides, Erica Kragness, (and my now dear friend) is one of the directors of the Choral groups, so it was extra special for me to see her and the kids hard work pay off. By the end of the night, I think everyone in the audience had at least cried once, if not more, and all 400+ were standing in applause!
